Lao She Tea house

Lao She Teahouse is a famous cultural landmark in Beijing, named after the famous Chinese writer Lao She and his play of the same name, Teahouse. It is located on the west side of Qianmen in Beijing. It was founded in 1988 by Yin Shengxi. Lao She Teahouse is not only a place to taste tea, but also a place to experience the culture and traditional art of old Beijing. Here, visitors can taste all kinds of famous teas, palace snacks, and traditional Beijing snacks, while enjoying national art performances such as Peking Opera, Quyi, acrobatics, magic, and face-changing.
