Itinerary

Your local guide will pick you up at airport, train station, or Tianjin cruise port in accordance with your arrangement and drive you to Tianjin City’s downtown. Check into your hotel to rest or explore the city yourself.

Your guide and driver will pick you up at lobby and spend your morning visiting North Jiefang Road Financial Street(Wall Street in the East) and Five Great Avenues. Wudadao Area’s Five Great Avenues comprise Chengdu, Munan, Machang, Dali, and Chongqing Dao. If you ride in a carriage or stroll about the streets, you will come across more than two thousand exquisite specimens of variously styled Italian, German, French, Spanish, and British architecture interspersed with historic Chinese villas. Visit Jingyuan Garden thereafter. It is a Spanish-style mansion that was once Puyi, the last Chinese Emperor,’s home. You may get an insight into “The Last Emperor’s” life by taking a stroll around the home. Next, go to visit the Shi Family Mansion, a spacious and immaculate civil mansion consisting of a few more exquisite pavilions, ponds, and gardens, as well as twelve ancient-style quadrangle courtyards on either side of a 60-meter-long driveway.  Lastly, visit Tianjin Ancient Culture Street to take in the unique architectural designs, purchase handcrafted items, and savor delectable regional food.

Following the trip, transfer to the Tianjin Railway Station to board a 30-minute bullet train to Beijing. At Beijing South Railway Station, the local guide will greet you and take you to the Beijing hotel.

Your tour of Beijing will begin after breakfast. Visit Tiananmen Square, the biggest public square in the world. From the commanding Tiananmen Gate, Chairman Mao declared the establishment of the People’s Republic of China at this famous location. Enter Forbidden City, the center of imperial China, after passing through Tiananmen Gate. Once home to 24 emperors from the Ming and Qing dynasties, this enormous palace complex with approximately 10,000 rooms is a wonder of architectural genius and historical grandeur. Once you’ve left the Forbidden City, go a short distance to Jingshan Park, where you may climb to the top for an expansive panorama. After lunch, take a journey to Beijing’s outskirts to see the magnificent Summer Palace. This location, which was formerly the imperial family’s exclusive summer retreat, is recognized as China’s largest and best-preserved royal garden.

After breakfast, drive around 70 kilometers to visit the Great Wall, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Explore the Mutianyu, a less visited but equally well-preserved section of the Ming Dynasty Great Wall. Proceed with your journey to the Sacred Way of Beijing Ming Tombs , a 7-kilometer corridor that leads to the Imperial Tombs of 13 Ming Dynasty emperors.By the end of the day, drive back Beijing city and make a quick stop at the Beijing Olympic Village to see the iconic Water Cube and Bird’s Nest from the outside.

After breakfast, drive to the Temple of Heaven, a historic location where emperors used to perform sacrifice rites for blessings. Next, return to city center and board a rickshaw to explore Beijing’s small lanes, You will experience the authentic Beijing way of life on this trip and see how the city has changed over time. You’ll also get a peek into daily living by visiting a local family at the Hutongs.

After the tour, your driver and guide will pick you up at hotel and send you to airport/train station.
