Our well-trained driver and tour guide will meet you outside the customs of Chengdu Tianfu Airport after your check-out procedures are fully completed and then transfer to your hotel to check in.

Then, take a stroll through People’s Park. Find a cozy tea house and savor a fragrant cup of tea while watching the locals enjoy activities like Mahjong.

Finally, end your day at Jinli Old Street. Explore this charming, historic street brimming with local snacks and traditional crafts.

Start your day early at the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base, where you’ll see adorable giant pandas in their naturalistic enclosures. Watch as they play, munch on bamboo, and interact with each other. If you’re lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of panda cubs tumbling around or cuddling with their mothers – these heartwarming moments will surely enchant you.

We will be driven to Leshan City, which takes about two hours. After a short break and lunch, you will begin your journey to the Giant Buddha, which takes about 10 minutes. Besides climbing to get a Lilliputian view of the Giant Buddha, you will also go on a cruise to take a look at the huge inscription.

After the tour, you will be escorted to a hotel near Mount Emei, which is about 31 kilometers (19 miles) from Leshan City.

We will spend a full day visiting Mount Emei, which is another UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the four famous Buddhist mountains in China. Visit the Monastery of Ten Thousand Years which is the largest and oldest monastery on Mount Emei. Take a relaxing walking trip from the Monastery of Ten Thousand Years to the Monkey Eco-Area to enjoy the natural beauty of the sub-tropical forest and waterfall.

The whole journey takes about 3 to 3½ hours. Then visit Baoguo Temple at the foot of Mt.Emei.

Your guide and driver will escort you back to the hotel in Chengdu after the tour.

In the morning we transfer to Chengdu Tianfu airport for a morning flight to Daili, a historically and culturally famous city of China, is renowned for her beautiful natural scenery, historical heritage, and well-preserved Bai minority culture. Having a long history dating back to 4th century, Dali is one of the oldest cultural birthplaces of Yunnan.

Drive directly to Erhai Lake from airport, one of the largest freshwater lakes in Yunnan Province, The corridor is described as a “pearl necklace” surrounding the lake, with the villages located along the shore of Erhai being the “pearls.” Especially, it connects more than 100 villages alongside the corridor.

Then explore Dali Old Town, you can stroll around Dali Old Town to visit Foreigner’s Street, the Ancient City Wall and the Gate Tower.

After breakfast, we will head to Bai ethnic minority’s residential house & taste Bai’ Three-course Tea, They live on the bottom of the mountain and by the side of the river, particularly in the districts of the Erhai Sea and the Cangshan Mountain, many structures in Dali carry Bai style. The main type of Bai house consists of the tradition “three rooms and one wall”. The arch decorated exquisitely, the furnace is wonderful, and the modeling of the houses is very graceful.

In the afternoon, we will first take a visit to Mt. Cangshan with cable car, which made up of 17 peaks, among which, Malong Peak is the highest one that reach the height up to 4122m. Then we will move to see the famous Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Monastery, which has a history of over 1,800 years located at the foot of Cangshan Mountain facing to the Erhai Lake. Three Pagodas are made of three ancient independent pagodas forming a symmetrical triangle.

After breakfast, drive to Lijiang (around 2-hour driving ), Visiting Zhongyi Market upon arrival, which is the largest food and vegetable local market in Lijiang. There are Ganji, which means residents in villages gather at the market to buy and sell goods they need for a day, in the morning from 6 am.

In the afternoon, head to Lijiang Old Town, which is being reported as one of China Historical Cultural Cities in the whole world’s cultural heritages. Also pay a visit to Lijiang Dongba Museum is located in the north of Black Dragon Pool Park, it was originally named Lijiang Museum, the first country-level museum in Yunnan, and was renamed in 1999. Now the museum collects more than 12,000 cultural relics, 2,500 of which are precious objects and materials of traditional Naxi minority culture.

Take a leisure walk up the Lion Hill and climb up the 33-meter-tall Wanggu Tower – the landmark building of Lijiang to enjoy a panoramic view of the whole old town and countryside scenery, as well as overlook the magnificent Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the distance. Later, follow a trip to Ming-dynasty style Mufu Palace, the “Forbidden City” of Lijiang to know Tusi’s ruling history and appreciate Naxi people’s brilliant culture and fine arts.

Have a whoe day tour to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain which is 30 kilometers away from Lijiang Old Town.

Visit Ganhaizi Meadow, then take the sightseeing bus to visit Baishui River, which is well-known as the Blue Moon Valley from the glacier of the snow mountain.

Take chairlift to visit the Spruce Meadow(3200 meters) in the snow mountain.

Watch Impression Lijiang Ethnic Show in the outdoors theater in front of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.

From Lijiang, you’ll drive about 60KM to the First Bend of the Yangtze River with imposing gorge scenery, visit the Iron Chain Bridge ,the Red Army’s Long March Memorial Monument in the Shigu Old Town. The town of Stone Drum got its name from a large, cylindrical, marble tablet shaped like a drum. The scenery is magnificent as the road running through the Lijiang valley which is filled with wheat fields and drying haystacks.

Visit the Tiger Leaping Gorge, the deepest gorge in the world. With 34 rapids of the Yangtze River, it is called the Jinsha in this area because you can find gold in the river.

This morning, walk to visit the Baisha Mural about 600 years old, which is a part of the World Cultural Heritage by the UNESCO 1997. Then, drive to Yuhu Village which is located at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. When walking into this authentic Naxi Village, you’ll see unique stone houses, Naxi ladies dressing in traditional clothes, kids playing, a tranquil Yuhu Lake…Explore leisurely around the village and then get to the Former Residence of Joseph Rock, who was an Austrian-American Botanist came to Lijiang and stayed in Yuhu Village for 27 years and made huge research work on Naxi minority.

Transfer back to Lijiang airport to catch a flight to Chongqing, Be met upon arrival and then Head to the dock, where you settle into your cabin for the Yangtze cruise.

Take part in the Safety Briefing, cruise around the ship at your leisure. Ship departs from the port around 21:00 (buffet dinner onboard).

After breakfast, either take part in the optional shore excursion to the historical and cultural site of White Emperor City or at your leisure onboard. The ship will sail through the spectacular Qutang Gorge, followed by the magnificent Wu Gorge. The guide will introduce the unique scenery on both sides of the sun deck.

After lunch, have the excursion at the Shennv Stream (about 3 hours), From your Ship transfer to a smaller boat, you will cruise up the newly created waterways between well-wooded hills and sheer cliffs where you can enjoy spectacular scenery and see the most famous hanging coffins.

After breakfast, we transfer to airport for flight to Shanghai, Be met upon arrival and then Head to the hotel to check in.

From Airport, Head directly to the most popular Yu Garden – a lovely Ming Dynasty garden dotted with bridges, pavilions, pools, and rock formations.

Visit the Bund. Start at the southern end and walk north along the Huangpu River, taking in the historic colonial buildings that have become symbolic of old Shanghai. This promenade offers spectacular views across to the futuristic skyline of Pudong, serving as a perfect introduction to Shanghai’s rich architectural heritage.

Stroll down Nanjing Road. Begin at the junction near the Bund and make your way west through this bustling commercial street. Famous for its vibrant energy, Nanjing Road features a range of shops from high-end boutiques to traditional vendors, providing a comprehensive retail experience and a feel for Shanghai’s dynamic urban culture.

Enjoy the cruise in the Huangpu River, which is the gateway to Yangtze to enjoy the night view of Shanghai.

After an early breakfast, you will join in the shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam Site (about 3 hours),which is the largest water conservancy project in the world.
